So I finished the 17m series and started on the july hall tech stuff Julyhalltechcrunch. It was a little hard going as I had a lot of boxes to cross over from one series to the next, but I pushed through it and got most of my projects done. If you follow me on Instagram, you already know that I love gadgets! I’ve been following tech for about 7 years now and have been playing with computers ever since I could reach for the keyboard. With this go-round, it felt like another chapter in my journey towards becoming a better software developer. The 17m should be able to help you get started with your software project or even accelerate your learning curve! Here are some things you need to know before buying the 17m Series:
What is the 17m series?
The 17m series is a three-in-one computer case/laptop/microphone stand that comes with a mic input for general communication, a headphone out with easy listening, and an integrated case steaming machine that turns your laptop into a fresh new gift. It’s the perfect combo for someone who wants to learn how to code and wants a little more space to spread out in, but isn’t ready to take on the challenge yet.
The perfect balance of light and weight
The first thing this series of gadgets has got going for it is the light weight. The 17m series is built with a magnesium alloy body with a stainless steel finish. It’s not your everyday light weight computer case either, weighing in at only three pounds unloaded. This is almost too light for a real laptop, but not so heavy that it’s uncomfortable to hold. It’s perfect for when you’re on the move and don’t want to stress yourself out worrying about what might be in your pocket or bag. Another thing the 17m series excels at is having a lot of space to move around in. It has plenty of room for all your stuff (including a desk), including the barrel of your laptop, an attachable stand with an included tripod and a backpack straps for easy storage. It also has a lot of room for cords and other devices (including an external hard drive) which is another reason this is one of the best computers for travel.
Great quality components
The last thing you need to know about the 17m series is that it’s made of great quality materials. Themic technology and copper are found in abundance in this thing as are glass and steel. It’s not the cheapest of the cheapo cases out there but it’s definitely not the most expensive either. The actual price of the 17m series is much lower than that of some of the more expensive cases on the market. Don’t let the low price fool you though, this thing is built to last. It has a long lifetime warranty and a lifetime warranty from Themic as well as a warranty against manufacturing defects.
Convenient and easy to use
The last thing you need to know about the 17m series is that it’s very convenient to use. You can moor your laptop to the stand with a single hand and it’s ready to go. That means no tedious assembly required or even a mess to clean up. You can even use this thing as a night stand or desk calendar. It’s incredibly light and easy to use. Another thing the 17m series excels at is being extremely easy todisrupt. You can connect it to your computer via Bluetooth, use an Apple device with an integrated keyboard, or use an external mouse and keyboard. You can connect it to the wall outlet almost hassle-free. That means you can plug it into the wall and continue on with your day without worrying about it getting in your way or getting in your pocket.
Disadvantages: no reviews yet
The 17m series is definitely a nice way to get acquainted with a new technology and see where you can get stuck. If you’re just getting started with programming or want to learn more, this series is an obvious buy. However, if you’re looking to upgrade your system or upgrade your workflow, there are other options out there. The 17m series is an excellent choice for the beginner who wants to get their feet wet. If you’re after a case that can die a natural death and still be in your hand the next day, the 17m series is definitely worth a look. It has all the bells and whistles you need to get your system up and running. If you’re looking for something a bit cheaper, check out the 14m series. This is essentially the same thing as the series, with the only difference being that it comes in a box with everything. The 14m is often used for travel and does not have the long-term warranty that the 17m series does. If you go the extra mile and use your stand as often as I do, you may even get a full refund from the manufacturer.
