The Amazing OFFF 2007 Titles

7:55 pm

This year’s opening titles were made by two great guys, ESPAUN and I AM NOT ALONE (Joining forces they are Sintevision). An amazing experience in the old 3D style. They distributed glasses for everyone during Buck’s speach. Nobody knew about it (i did hehehe), but was a great experience for everybody.

To end the festival, we have a spetacular concert, brought to us by Takagi Masakatsu, who came from Kyoto to show us his dreamy environment and melancolic melodies, on a perfect piano concert presentation.

John Maeda

John Maeda

One of the precursors of the area, John Maeda, designer, artist, programmer, professor, researcher, etc, gave us a class about how to keep it simple, based on his latest book “Laws of Simplicity”, which in another hand, is very complex.

John Maeda

With a very conscient talk (and a small gadget that helped him on the key note), John hold very tight everyone’s attention. This year’s OFFF visitors were very lucky to have this chance of seeing him. I am sure that we learnt something very good for our professions with him.
